Best Deaths clips are "parody", certainly don't appear to be real or real. So yes, they are allowed.
That said, those uploads regularly create reports. So better make clear it are no real deaths / murders in the presentation.
We don't have a bad taste police for porn…

Best Deaths has never tried to claim anything other than their videos being fake. Watching them you can see why they don't try to pretend they are real.
