Ratio Stuck Despite GBs of Upload

I've noticed that my ratio is not increasing despite having uploaded almost 5 GB of data. The ratio has remained the same when I turned on my laptop hours earlier. The uploaded amount obviously remains the same as well. Yes I'm one of those who keep upping all day
The torrents are showing red/maroon in my BitTorrent client right now despite the regular green but are upping at major speeds still. -
Anyone? Same problem except my upped amount has reached 6GB. :cry2: :cry2: Besides I can't use the helpdesk or Chat as both buttons not working for me. I can enter the helpdesk and describe my problem but can't complete the task given inactivated red button at the bottom. ::)

An earlier post stated the torrent server is down. This is why if you do a search most torrents are currently dead. Not sure if this might be what is affecting you.

I didn't notice any notification on the home page. But yes now I can see the torrent issue. My upping still continues despite this although torrent status showing red/maroon. Hoping I'll be transferred my ratio/bonus currently being withheld. Can't afford to lose over 6GB of upping
