I agree it is a yes and no. Skit marks? definitely no. But pee stain? could be a yes. A well worn undies could be nice. A freshly soaked gym gear is wonderful. I once picked up a pair of undies at a hotel gym, I had kept it for the longest time. I also had exchanged undies via dirty bids or whatever it was called. I don't go chasing underwear to sniff, but when the opportunity presents itself, I'll invariably lift the underwear to my nose. It happens without me making a conscious decision to do it. Admittedly I've never encountered gross underwear, so thankfully I've never been disgusted by my actions. But I have enjoyed the aroma of some hot guys
