Can't seed? Download rights taken?

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I can't seed my uploaded file, I've followed the directions on how to seed in transmission yet everytime I try to seed it justs says my download rights have been taken.

It sounds as though you are using your original torrent file, I may be wrong. Or you are not pointing your torrent file to the right place.
You need to download the torrent you have uploaded and use that to open the torrent. When your torrent client asks where to save the file you point it to the exact file that you made the torrent from, not just save it to your usual folder. If you open as usual your torrent client will try to download, not seed.
