well there's dahmer (2002); a film about an actual serial killer who was gay lol. i honestly like it + i think it played a little part in my coming to term with my sexuality - which sounds absurd i know, i'm honestly not a serial killer lol, but yeah.
oh and lol there's that one about a cop who's gay + hunting a serial killer: hard (1998) [can you believe the title tho?] i remember it as ok, but don't hold me to it!

I know it doesn't really fall under the purview of horror but you should definitely check out The Rocky Horror Picture Show (1975).
