    Is anyone else's ratio NOT changing?

      Hello,

      I have uploaded at least 40-45 GB since last night (past 12 hours) and my ratio is not changing, not even 0.001.

      I am using windows, Vuze and VPN (not proxy)

      I have restarted my computer/vuze but nothing seems to work.

      I have contacted the helpdesk and waiting for their assistance but I wanted to see if anyone else's having this problem

        Just a thought but with figures like yours you need to post a lot to make a change

        Adding 40GB would only change your ratio by about 0.02

          One of our mods accidentally reset your passkey.  Long story; don't ask; suffice it to say he's been severely whipped with a noodle; although I think he ended up liking it too much. . . .  I digress. . .

          This means all the old .torrent files you have are no longer functional.  Simply redownload the ones you want to seed or leech and you'll be good to go again.

            Is there any way you can manually adjusted my ratio then? I have seeded at least 15 Gb more since I posted this thread. 55 -60 GB in total. You're telling me this 55 GB wasn't counted towards my ratio? 😞

              The passkey reset was after you've written to the Helpdesk.

              That means IF the 40 GB you mention weren't registered by the tracker, it were fore another reason.

              Currently I see about 6 GB of upload registered during the last 1 to 2 hours. There is as well some download.

              Update 2015-12-27

              After watching your statistics for a day, I can't see any dysfunction of the tracker.

              So it were registered about 20 GB of upload and a similar amount of download. actually you uploaded a very little more than you downloaded, because the buffer had a slight increase of 16 MB.

              Ratio is upload divided by download and as long as both increase at par, not much will change to the share ratio.
