Some torrents are not downloading, and when I check their tracker status, it says unregistered torrent. What does it mean? It still shows GTRU as its tracker. I tried to search the torrent, but its no longer here. Do I need to report it?

Unregistered torrent simply means that the torrent does not exist… This usually the case when one of two things happen.

        1. The torrent was a duplicate torrent to one that was already posted to the tracker and thus has been removed.

        2. Our good old friend called the DMCA has happened to the torrent.

Is it okay then to stop seeding a torrent after it becomes an "unregistered torrent"?

I know this topic is old but I've noticed something weird. I've been downloading some torrents from a specific studio that have been uploaded for years, so they're not new or anything. A couple days pass and they suddenly become unregistered. I thought it was a coincidence at first but now it has happened multiple times, and again I'm talking about 4 year old torrents with minimal seeders, not anything new.
