Constant Time Outs

What is going on with the tracker on this site?
Since last night, I've experienced nothing but constant time outs when uTorrent 2.2.1 tries to update w/the tracker.
What gives?
I'm fully aware that server upgrades took place, too, but: Is there an ETA as to when the tracker is going to be stable again?

There is no ETA and upgrades are still ongoing. No complete prolonged downtimes are expected (crossing fingers and knocking on wood).

Popper, I suspect the servers will also have slowed down with all the messages thanking staff for all the work they are putting in.
