Usually I sleep in underwear of some kind, typically boxers, and a t-shirt. It doesn't usually get cold enough to wear pajamas except for sometimes in the deepest parts of winter, and I'm a heatbox anyway. I've pretty much always worn the same thing to bed all my life.

Underwear yes - my junk feels weird being out freely. Undershirt during winter, otherwise my belly button feels cold

I'm not wear underwear when i sleep alone or sleep with my partner. If I have shared with others, or in a room with other people I always wear underwear.
