I will slowly draw the picture for you. Vegans taste good so when we have the worldwide collapse of civilization the wise prepper will have at least 1 friend who is vegan on his must save list. It's much easier when you have livestock that is also able to take complex directions. All the more so if the choices they make that should be of no concern to you upset or irritate you.
You might find your existence a little happier & certainly less irritating if you stopped worrying what everybody else is doing without you.
I think maybe we are talking about two separate things. You are talking about the end of the world and I'm talking about annoyances.

Vegans annoy you (amongst a whole myriad of other issues I have tissues for), vegans taste good (picture grass fed cows) so stop thinking of them as people and allowing them to annoy you. Turn that frown upside down. When life gives you lemons make lemon pledge and market it to the masses for a prophet. Long Pig can feed you in the end times as opposed to vegans making you "a sad old man, all alone and dying of cancer"

I am with you on climate change deniers, and will add the anti vaccine crowd to that lot.
Conservative, climate change denier, people on welfare should do drug tests, I am not racist but people different than me have less value…

Here are some of my big ones:

Not stepping on the gas petal at the top of a highway ramp to reach the speed limit before merging with a highway

Not driving at least at the speed limit when road and weather conditions warrant it safe to do so

Getting cut off (especially if you get cut off, then they step on the brakes)

Stupid people

Selfish people (or selfish acts at the expense of others)

Incompetence in customer service

Lying
This is but only a few of the items on my list, but they seem to be the biggest ones.
