I used to go, and still go to http://kickass.to it is pretty good.
But TPB is back! just go http://thepiratebay.se -
TPB's been back for a while now, actually!
That said, for general stuff, I'd use Kickass if I couldn't find something I was after on one of the private trackers I use, or if I just don't want to waste my ratio on those trackers.
