My partner used to be married when we started dating. We were looking for sex at 1st but we clicked and after sometime we became exclusive. For a player like him, he became very jealous when we started developing stronger feelings for each other which was very hot.. hahahaha. Definitely, makes you feel special, nonetheless he is an amazing guy. It helps that he wasn't getting along with her. It was quite awkward the 1st time I set on the table with him, his back-then-wife and the kids. I felt some kind of guilt, since she seems nice, but at the same time I felt that she had her chance with him for few years, and it's my turn to have him from now on. They had their divorce a year and half ago. Unfortunately, that meant that he has to return back to his country and start over a better finical life. I barely graduated when that happened so both of us couldn't help it but we promised that we will be always together. And here, until no we are still maintaining our relationship with texts, emails and calls.
As I told him, "divorce paper is just a piece of paper, you were already divorced quite sometime ago". I feel also me and him are already a married couple without the papers.

I will honestly say I didnt think i'd get so many positive responses but thanks you guys. My problem is that I am very close to the wife, and even walked her down the isle for their wedding, but in the same instance, I know he cheats on her and so does she. I don't want anything more from him than to just hook up like he asked then on my way to continue on with the friendship. Now what am I gonna do if he gets hooked? But I guess i'll see when that comes around.

Yes, I didn't initiate any of this, but I have to admit I have always found him attractive, but he called one day and actually told me he wanted to try it out, and that he wanted me to be his first. At first I thought it was a test, but then as time moved on, our phone conversations got more intense, like blow your load intense over the phone. WTF!! I know, I know, but hey, what can I say.

No, nothing like that. I'm not flamboyant, not that that would be a problem, but I am openly gay with all of my friends, so he knew since I met him, and I don't know if he's gay, he just wants to experiment with someone he feels comfortable with.

All this married guy thing kind of paints a sad personality picture of an insecure guy who lacks control over his life and in order to fulfill his wet dreams he must fill his family with lies and sneak out of the house. You could be as hot as you want, but this lifestyle is simply pathetic. Hurting other people for your own pleasure, how sad and little these people are. If you want to have sex with men don't go create a family. It's like building a house that you already know you don't want to live in. So basically, these men are stupid. Not having the ability to think ahead equals lack of intelligence.

Judging people on your own assumptions lacks a certain level of intelligence. We are allowed to have sex with either a man or a woman, getting married to a woman, starting a family, these don't make having sex with men stupid. For some guys maybe they want to have the traditional married life and play with the boys on the side.
I swore off sex with 'straight' guys a long time ago but in my high school days I had plenty of sex with guys some of whom I was quite friendly with their girlfriends. Maybe they just like a little fun on the side, perhaps they are more comfortable just having sex with guys and loving women. Who can never be sure?
One thing is certain, sexuality is fluid. It's disheartening that some of the most rigid sexually repressive individuals are homosexuals. I would think after experiencing the will of society upon ourselves we would be more open to other people's sexual freedom but it's just not the case generally.

However, that is not what he is saying. Basically he is saying if the wife gave her permission then he would do it. Cheating in a marriage implies that one party of the marriage has no idea the other party is sleeping with other people.

This concept of having sex outside the bonds of marriage is cheating is cute. One nice loophole is saying "I will never sleep with another woman" and you know there are some women who are perfectly content with that. Stop trying to make people conform to your version of what is & what should be. It will be far easier for everyone involved.

So you want to have your cake and eat it. Why marry "one" person, if you want to have sex with more than "one". It is not an antiquated ideal, it has to do with self respect for you and everyone else.

Though the term "cheating" may mean different things to different people, it usually involves a betrayal of trust. It's difficult to define what constitutes cheating and infidelity because people have differing opinions on the subject and what they would consider appropriate or inappropriate behavior from a spouse. If the spouse has no issue with him sleeping with other people then it is not cheating.
If the husband and wife were swingers would that be cheating or if they had a threesome would you consider that cheating?
