I am so in love with my boyfriend but it smells bad breath, even after brushing. I can not kiss without making an effort. Any advice?

Do your BF use mouthwash? In some point it helps bad breath. So, if he didn't, you can give him recommendation to use mouthwash.

But, mostly bad breath is caused by dental problem. Mouthwash only mask the odor but not cure the dental problem. Dental problems that can cause bad breath such as bacteria on the tongue, cavities, gum disease, and the worst is mouth/oral cancer. So, if your BF really have bad bad breath, I suggest to visit dentist to make sure and sort things out.  ;D

I know this feeling!  If oral hygene isnt the issue.  It might be diet. But the best and most positive thing to do, is see a dentist.
(With me unfortunately, he didnt see the problem. So we ended it.)

I once had bad breath, went to the dental hygienist and she told me I had some gum disease. All I had to do was floss every day and it went away.
