My torrent says my file is seeding but it isn't…

It say that it is seeding but not progress is being made. It says 0 under the uploaded column. My internet connection is well fast, but I still have this problem.
And similar cases? Suggestions?

That can have many reasons:
- No leecher (downloading peer)
- Torrent client not connectible
- …
Look for the status under the "Trackers" tab (µTorrent or BitTorrent) or in the torrent's details view.
