      Could someone please upload S03 of Scandal?
      Not a gay themed TV show [Apologize for that], but I couldn't find it anywhere.
      So please, if anyone has it, it would be very much appreciated.

          But now I seem to have another problem and this might make me look stupid but how do I download the torrent file? Whenever I click on "Get this torrent", it says that I have to launch another application or something like that

            TPB doesn't propose a .torrent file for that torrent as download. You have to use the Magnet link with the green "Get this torrent"  and if your system asks with which application to open it, chose your torrent client.

            µTorrent 2.2.1 and later does support magnet links as do most actual versions of torrent clients.

              I think magnet link is the best way to download a torrent file, especially for popular torrent site, to avoid unwanted direct link to another site. I hate the pop up link.

                I think PirateBay doesn't allow this anymore, don't know why. But you can Right Click on the Magnet Link, and save the link, them you can put it on your torrent manager.

                Also, you can use KickAssTorrent. It is almost the same as PirateBay, and it allow to download the .torrent file. Also it doesn't have all that straight porn stuff, hehehe.
