I think PirateBay doesn't allow this anymore, don't know why. But you can Right Click on the Magnet Link, and save the link, them you can put it on your torrent manager.

Also, you can use KickAssTorrent. It is almost the same as PirateBay, and it allow to download the .torrent file. Also it doesn't have all that straight porn stuff, hehehe.

You have to use the Magnet link with the green "Get this torrent"  and if your system asks with which application to open it, chose your torrent client.

µTorrent 2.2.1 and later does support magnet links as do most actual versions of torrent clients.
