How to chose the picture priority ?

Usually, I check "Sort by latest torrent first" when I add a movie, and it's the same problem with the chosen theme.
But, usually the picture I would like to see on the on the main page without "Sort by latest torrent first" is not the good one.
I have tried to remove all pictures (keeping one alone), but when I add others, the system change the first and second picture wanted.

I am not sure to fully understand the issue…
After upload, there is no way to change the display order of the pictures. The only exception to this is if less than 10 pictures are uploaded ad another picture is added, it goes before the already uploaded.
At upload, there are two distinct behaviours:

With the web page formula, the last uploaded pictures is the first displayed: FILO

With QTM, the first added to the list in QTM will shown first, the last added last: FIFO

I proceed FILO, QTM don't work on my computeur (torrent not recognized).
I take several screen capture using VLC and select the best as 0.jpg and second as 1.jpg.
I upload 9.jpg, 08.jpg… to 0.jpgI add a new movie now and the the order is completely hazardous ???

The problem is always the same. I upload pictures in order 9 to 0, and I have the 3 on the general browser and the 7 on Themed Movies.

That is the Browse … and yes, there is no picture selection. It is actually pseudo random and something on the kilometers long to do list of things to improve. Sorry.
