While this is extremely creepy.. it does not surprise me. When I was going to pubic school, I used to ride my bicycle to school. It was quite common for people to nearly wipe me off the side of the road either unintentionally or intentionally. A lot of people get their kicks out of coming up behind someone on a bicycle and hitting to horn trying to spook them and make them fall. People are sick in the head. Eventually, I learned that I must ride AGAINST the traffic so I knew what was coming towards me. I gave up riding my bike about a year ago because it has become too dangerous.
