Since adam resurrected this thread, I can't let mhorndisk's rants about the Clinton Foundation and Trump's philanthropy go unchallenged. The Charity Navigator, an independent watchdog states the Clinton Foundation spends 88% of its revenue on Charitable programs and 12% of administration.  that 90% figure on administration came from a mis-interpretation of the foundation's tax filing that was propagated by Carly Fiorina. https://www.charitywatch.org/ratings-and-metrics/clinton-foundation/478 The Trump Foundation, on the other hand, has not received a dime from Donald J. Trump since 2008.  He uses other people's money and takes credit for it himself.  Most would agree that is pretty sleazy. As dfor the whole email thing, destroying mobile devices with hammers was The State Department policy.  She preserved most, if not all, her work- related emails.  Even Comey admitted that.  He also admitted that the deletions, carried out by her legal team, was not intended to obstruct justice or hide incriminating information.  Lastly, the famous subpoena that she supposedly violated asked only for emails related to the Benghazi investigation. The Congressional Committee did not subpoena the entire server. See my thread here: https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?topic=51154.0 Setting up a private server was a mistake and she admitted as much.  She paid dearly for it during the campaign.  How it is relevant in July (or May) of 2017 is beyond me.  The only emails that are relevant now belong to Donald J. Trump Jr.

@aadam101: I believe that many federal agencies are broken up into regional offices.  I know that Boston has a regional FBI and CMS office and there is an IRS office in the suburbs. The FBI just got a brand new building.  I assume that the midwest has something similar. I get your point though. Much of the government is privatized too.  There are a LOT of government contractors. Pretty much all federal government agencies has "field offices" in all major cities.  The FBI has a field office in every state.

@mhorndisk: Good grief! This post has gotten SO out of hand. Look. Comey exonerated Trump three times. It shows you how Trump supporters heard what they wanted to hear.  Comey never exonerated Trump.  He told him on three occasions the the President was not personally under investigation at that time..  He was reluctant to go public with that statement because it would create an obligation to correct if things changed.  Looks like things have changed.

@pppucci: @Frederick: You guessed it..  hiLIARy Clinton… http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/07/12/white-house-goes-on-offense-slams-dnc-clintons-for-collusion.html https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kXjbXGyQDsE Confucius say: Two wrongs do not make a right. Why don't you Trumpeters just admit that you were wrong about calling the Russian investigation "fake news" and a "hoax."  You chided us at every turn for "having no proof." Now, you want to write it off as normal politics.  Which was it?  Or i it just whatever is convenient for you at the time? You got that quote from Confucius wrong. It should be: A Chinese couple named Mr. and Mrs. Wong bring their newborn white baby to Confucius and ask him what they should name it. Confucius say "Chinese couple who have white baby, name it 'Sum Ting Wong', because two Wongs can not make a white!"

@aadam101: @jazuko: and CNN has been purposefully profiting off a fake news story with no proof all for the ratings to give liberals what they want to hear rather than truth back news Now there is proof. Good work Adam in replying to all of these old threads.  In the words of Trump Jr, "I love it!"

@aadam101: I wonder how the Russian lawyer plays into this. She is connected to the Russian oligarch-realestate developer known as the Donald Trump of Russia. Those billionaires take care of their own.

@mhorndisk: Well you say follow the money, so why don't you follow the evidence, and where collusion has actually occurred? It just seems like a huge distraction from the REAL story. We have evidence.  We have a confession from Jr.

@Frederick: @aadam101: If Obama (or any Democrat) did this why would they wait until now to reveal it?  This would have been something to reveal last summer before the election.  This would have cost him the election. Obama and the democraps do things like that and FAR worse all the time, but the media choose to ignore it. What was ignored?

The fact that the states refuse to cooperate in the investigation on illegal voting, shows that democracy has long been dead in the US. Remember, I live in the UK because your beloved illegals got priority in the queue over people who went the legal route. Illegals have a lot of power in the US.  They can even go on TV shows like Tucker Carlson to slag off the US,  without fear of being deported.

Pence actually released a statement distancing himself from the scandal.  Quite different from his usual sycophancy: "The Vice President is working every day to advance the president's agenda, which is what the American people sent us here to do," press secretary Marc Lotter (Pence's spokesman) said in a statement. "The Vice President was not aware of the meeting. He is not focused on stories about the campaign, particularly stories about the time before he joined the ticket."

Actually Sandusky was caught in the locker room showers fucking a student by that ginger assistant coach. From Wikipedia" Mike McQueary( the ginge with the approriate name) testified.at the trial of Curley and Schultz that he was in the Lasch Football Building on the University Park campus on a Friday night in March 2002. In this testimony, Mike McQueary got the month and year wrong. On May 7, 2012, the AG's office corrected the date of the incident to February 2001, estimating it occurred on or about February 9.[30] McQueary testified he heard slapping sounds and saw Sandusky directly behind a boy whose hands were up on the wall in the men's shower room. McQueary was distraught, left the building, and subsequently called his father John McQueary, who told Mike to come over to his house right away and talk to him.[31] Remeber he went to Paterno, who did nothing.

@sutieday: I just wanna debate politics! Watch tomorrow or in a few days the voting/rep features get removed due to conservative/rightwing/troll complaints… It's common knowledge that moonbat Sutieday is by far the biggest offender of trolling people to down vote them, lying, complaining, and reporting. Why don't you go boycott yourself?

That is the situation we've been in for months. Even "good" posts by the non liberals get downvoted. Liberals hate the idea of using my admin powers to out one of them when they think they are being sneaky.    That's why Sutie has twice accused me of using my admin powers to "dox".    I'm too lazy for that crap.  I use the same info available to every registered users.

@raphjd: I'm not an EX-classic liberal, I am a classic liberal. I refuse to wear the liberal name tag because of what modern liberals have done to it. ++++ Let's not forget the threads that called out conservative members, which were before this thread.    Would you have been happy if I punished those users?    I think not. One of the rules is about lying about other users and staff.  Twice no Sutie has publicly accused me of using my admin status to "dox" him.  The first time it was explained that it was info open to all.    Shall I punish him for it, like I did for the last person who did a similar thing?  Liberals would have a fit. Both sides have done many wrongs, but it's the liberals that are always crying for their enemies to by punished, while ignoring the sins of their own. Here you go again with your "shoe on the other foot" arguments. I do not pretend to speak for others, but as for me, if you explained to sutie that the voting statistics were available to all and how to access them, and he again accused you of doxxing him, then he should have been reprimanded.  As for my own topics calling out certain member's  BEHAVIORS, I felt I had no recourse since there had been no response to my reports to the moderator and the perceived abuses continued to escalate.  If I remember correctly, I did not use the offending person's name, nor did I attack them personally in the title of the topic, the OP or thread, only the manner they chose to express their opinions.  If you, as moderator, thought the topic to be inappropriate and closed it or even deleted it, I would not have minded, because at least I would have been assured that my message had reached its intended target.  Hell, I would have accepted a warning if it meant my message was heard. Now let me contrast the title of my topic complaining about mhorndisk with strangeloop's about Sutie.  I can't find mine exactly right now, but it  was something like "Replying to your own Posts," whereas his is "Sutieday surpasses Drwas as the biggest Troll on these Forums." Within my thread, I don't remember even calling mhorndisk a spammer, much less a troll throughout my entire thread. If strangeloop had started the thread with :downvoting has become Robotic, or some such thing relating to the offense rather than the offender, it would have been much less objectionable. I don't know if you can setup a send-only email account on this site or any other.  If not I suggest you setup a gmail account that you will never read but would use only as administrator of the forum.  I think if we could get answers to our reports to the moderator, even if they are just a few words, you would see much less, if any, complaints about your role as moderator posted publicly. Finally, again speaking for myself, I am not interested in having anyone "punished." The most I have sought was correction of behaviors that offend me and compliance with the rules to which we all  agree.
