@manhandler A good analogy for Critical Race Theory is the film THX 1138. Many films follow the format of good person versus bad person to establish their narratives. Most films that use this make the two sides easy to identify. If you've seen THX 1138, ask yourself who the "bad guy" in that film is. It's not an easy question to answer. While the protagonist, THX 1138, can easily be seen as the good guy, it's more difficult to spot who the real enemy is in the film. Some might argue that SEN 5241 is the bad character -- and he certainly does do bad things -- but he is able to do those things because of the system. Others might argue that the police androids are the enemy. But they are really just following orders from a system. The agents of that system make life impossible for THX, from the characters who mistakenly operate the mindblock scene that gets THX arrested, to the characters arguing in THX's trial scene. No one character is really the absolute enemy. The entire system is rigged to make THX 1138 an outsider through no fault of his own. Established views of racism would hold SEN 5241 or the police androids or many other singular actors are the bad of a system that needs to be singularly addressed/punished/handled. But critical race theory says that these individual parts are not really the focus and that punishing them does not really correct anything. The system is to blame.

@manhandler Well, in the UK, you can be an extremely high-up cop, get convicted of kiddie porn, and keep your job. Felony kiddie porn conviction and your only punishment are 200 hours of community service, which you can use your job as those hours. You can be convicted of felony animal abuse, claim the excuse that you have PTSD and keep your job. The scariest part of this, is that the guy is part of the Armed Response Unit (UK's version of SWAT). He can't control his emotions, but he gets to keep his gun and right to murder people he deems a threat. England alone (not counting the rest of the UK) has 245 cops that have been convicted of felonies, while employed as a cop, who are still cops. You can be convicted of felony insurance fraud, an "honesty crime" and still be able to be a cop and testify in court. You can be convicted of perjury (an "honesty crime") in a criminal case, stay on the force, and give testimony against some that could send them to jail. The jury doesn't get told that the cop giving evidence has already been convicted of perjury. BUT, if a non-cop was to be convicted of perjury and was testifying in court, the jury would be told that they were a convicted liar. UK police, like most of Europe, give the police and civil servants Absolute Immunity, so they can violate your rights with total impunity. You can't sue them, but you can sue the department they work for. The UK has fixed compensation lawsuits to tiny amounts. Like when I was handcuffed for cleaning trash from my front yard, despite it not being illegal, the most I could have gotten was £250 but it would have taken about 3 years of nonsense jumping through hoops to get it so it's not worth it. This was back when we were told that we could go no further than to the end of the driveway to put out the trash bins. I was completely within the law, but the dirty pigs criminalized me anyway. I wasn't arrested or ticketed but I was put into a C-19 NON-COMPLIANCE database, even though I completely followed the law.

@manhandler There are states in the US where it's illegal to collect rainwater. In the UK, it used to be legal to buy solar panels and mini windmills, but less than 4% of the country allowed them to be put up. This was back when Blair was PM. We got a punishment "green" tax for not going green enough, despite the law not allowing us to go green. White goods (big appliances) tripled in price due to this tax. Solar panels are bloody useless where I live as they cost more than they generate. I will need just over 32 years to get my money back. I still can't have a mini windmill, due to the law, despite that it would save me tons of cash and produce tons of electricity in wind as fuck north eastern Scotland.

@manhandler Regardless of sex or gender, anyone with a penis, between 12 and 35 should avoid all of the current vaccines due to the high percentage of those getting heart problems. Oddly, the WHO says that no one under 18 should get any of the current vaccines, but the CDC says it's ok for 12 and up to get any of them.
