@raphjd And the Kavanaugh rioters who stormed the Capitol - including grounds that the Feds marked as "off limits" only after J6, so as to retroactively criminalize the J6 protestors - alone. But this is interesting - Andrew Cuomo is part of the 14% https://thepostmillennial.com/andrew-cuomo-blasts-manhattan-da-braggs-trump-probe-i-think-its-all-politics "I think it's all politics and that's what I think the people of this country are saying." How time flies! It was 3 years ago - but seems like only yesterday - that Cuomo was sending NY covid patients into NY nursing homes, maximizing NY's uniquely high death toll from covid.

@nix54 The "rural Lincolnshire" reference comes across as some sort of coded intimidation or stalking. Not saying it is. I have no idea. @raphjd Kinzinger is even on the board of Ripley's Heroes the group under investigation. https://thepostmillennial.com/revealed-adam-kinzinger-served-on-board-of-group-that-pushed-stolen-valor-fraud-fighting-in-ukraine

@raphjd Kash Patel was saying, I think on X22, that Trump-cons recently won "discovery" on a number of key lawsuits. So next few months, more interesting stuff should come out.

@raphjd Somehow, this does not surprise me. Different parts of the world have different abilities when it comes to being able to provide energy, particularly electrical. In a country like Canada for example, a lot of our energy comes from running water such as Niagara Falls, which is why we call it "hydro" (short for hydro-electric), and we are able to produce more than enough to sustain the charging of such vehicles in large numbers throughout the grid. In other parts of the world such as California, their sources for the energy are both more reliant on sources that are not so "green", and don't have the capacity needed to be able to produce enough to sustain the extra load, so other means of generating that electrical energy are needed, such as we see here. I do agree though that on the most part the whole "green vehicle" thing is nothing more than an unsustainable lie designed to make certain big name people somewhere a LOT of money and in fact has NOTHING to do with the earth, environment, or even what is right.

@blablarg18 Correct.... Also, it makes you wonder if the whole thing was also just a means of making certain rich people a hell of a lot of money in product sales, and possibly even also kickbacks. Given the extent of what has already come out and continues to come out, it only makes sense.

@blablarg18 Well... According to our Prime Minister here in Canada, white people are the only people who are racist, and thus, are the only ones who can do any wrong. Publicizing anything other than a white shooter is bad for their agenda.

@raphjd said in SCOTUS makes extremely rare 9-0 decision (education case): Overall they make a lot of them, but this is due mainly to technical issues (ie is a specific type of defense allowed) that have to do with a trial, which they send back down to the trial courts. When they make a final decision (ie Roe v Wade), they make very few of them. This is how you tell me you're not a lawyer without telling me you're not a lawyer. The SCOTUS is an appellate court (since it rarely uses it original jurisdiction powers); therefore, it doesn't generally render "final decisions" in the way I suspect you're thinking. For example, the SCOTUS didn't render the final judgment and orders in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Org. After the SCOTUS made its determination that the lower court's ruling was incorrectly decided, it remanded (i.e., transferred) the case back to the Fifth Circuit for that court to further review the case and render the final judgment. Again, 9-0 decisions are not extremely rare. They aren't extremely rare because most of the cases heard by the SCOTUS are mundane, boring cases where the Court is merely resolving conflicting judgments between and amongst the lower district courts on mundane, boring elements of the law.

@shanoprah "But it's on Faaaawwwwkkkks" - The laziest, dumbest possible response. "Breakfast of Idiots" as they say. Where a bit comes from, is irrelevant to whether it's true. OK it may be relevant to how hard YOU want to check it, before agreeing it's true. Fine. But absolutely, 100% irrelevant to whether it is true. Even Hitler often reported the correct time & weather. Remember all those times when leaks showed Hillary's corruption & then Biden's corruption too, and it was all 100% true, and lib media distracted people with stories of Russshhhia being the source except that part was all 100% false, fake & made-up? I do.

"The hypocrisy part is what pisses me off because we know that right whales, other whales, get struck by freight vessels all the time...You see very little effort by the federal government...And yet they see a small business lobster fishery up in Maine that's not politically important to them and they try to crush it just to try to prove to the environmental groups that they're actively trying to protect the right whales," he continued. Good point. Now if only he could get pissed off about the 30,000,000 times this has been done to other small businesses Biden taking million$ in bribes from China (via Hunter's "business dealings" politely termed) Biden sending hundreds of billion$ to Ukraine, much of it bribes & money laundering (FTX anyone?) @lololulu19 What's the word when a thing doesn't surprise, yet it's still amazing? I mean, wow. Yet it's about what I would expect. @raphjd "you wouldn't see a Dem post this if it was the DNC involved" - yes, also it if was the Lincoln Project involved or any of the GOP-establishment pets involved.
