@hubrys In a civil court, where the burden of proof is extremely low. As a lawyer, you should know this. They found that he did not rape her, per her claim. So I guess she is a proven liar. Also, you might remember she said that every woman fantasizes about being raped. Juries aren't arbiters of truth. For example, the Sussman case was clearly proven, but the jury decided the case based on political leanings, rather than fact and law. If the case was in my hometown, which is pretty centrist, Trump would not have been convicted.

@blablarg18 For ages now, it's been obvious that if they don't tell you the race of the criminal, they ain't white. Also, half the time when they do tell you that the criminal is white, it's a lie. We saw that with the illegal mass murderer in Texas. He started out brown, then faded to white. You can see this in the pictures from just after the killings where he's brown but a couple/few days later they altered the pictures to lighten his skin. We've seen this in other cases as well. In London, and other places, they stopped recording the race of criminals because as the current mayor of London said, "crime stats are racist".
