Thanks guys. Some interesting reading there. I always expected there to be a sizeable difference in pay with mainstream studios when compared to something like Raunchy Bastards, who seem to use newbie models and usually have them only do 1 scene. You wouldn't expect top-notch pay for that, but working regularly for an established studio with exclusive models, high production standards and a huge fanbase you'd obviously expect a bit more. I hadn't heard about the Armond Rizzo thing before, but it's good to see that there are people in the industry who are willing to take a stand.
