Seems like this tread can now be turned into a guide on How to Get Caught Spamming.   Or How to Use Handbrake. Handbrake is ridiculously well known amongst Mac users, it's free and open source. It does exactly the same thing as the app posted above, minus a couple non-important "features" e.g. "Effects". Documentation for Handbrake is found on their site.
