Throughout the entire video, you NEVER see the twinks face, except for the few seconds where he is being held up by his head. The upsetting part is not what you see in this image. In this image, the twink is being held up by his head AND partially supported by the twinks legs. A couple of seconds after this, the twink DROPS his legs, so that the ONLY support his Austin's hands around the base of his skull. That is extremely dangerous. This is equivalent to how people are hung from the gallows only with a 3 foot drop to increase the force on the vertebrae.
