Relakks is located in Sweden, so it will not give you access to Hulu videos (should you happen to be outside the USA). But it will do a fine job of hiding your IP address and encrypting your torrent traffic. Another one to look at is Happy VPN ( hXXp://www.happy-vpn.com/ ). Happy VPN is unique in that it can be configured to give you access to both USA-only video sites (like Hulu) and UK-only sites (like the BBC).
