Due to the redefining of racism, so that only whites can be racist, the number of people saying blacks are the most racist went from 36% in 2013 to 25% in 2021 When excluding the "only white people can be racist", blacks being the most racist rises to 38% and the remaining 2% is divided between the other non-whites. Only 25% of Americans think race relations are getting better. 11% don't know and the rest say they are getting worse.
