Hey thanks - I'll be trying these out.  It's hard to find great 3rd person narration. I'd really recommend Perseus (similar themes I think)…  I've been trying to find more from the guy ever since I was in university.  Later chapters of JSS get a bit 'out-there' with a few too many characters, but the scenarios never fail to impress. http://www.gaydemon.com/stories/authors/mv/
