How do you hide your porn?

I don't really hide my porn.  I am the only person who uses my laptop, so I just keep it off my desktop.  I have a second laptop that I bring out for guests / family to use during visits.  I disabled installation rights on it, so no one can install programs on it, without me knowing it.  I also left plex off so no one has access to my server stash if they figure out I have a dedicated server in the house.  Besides, they wouldn't know my user name and password, so I feel pretty safe.

I normally store it in an application folder. Generally an application which is almost never used and has a lot of folders. I try to find one which has at least 6-7 levels of folders and keep my stash in last possible folder level.

I used to do that as well when I had an old laptop of mine. Now I keep them encrypted on my phone, which is handier.

i don't hide my porn at all with the exception of maybe putting it out of sight when the parents come around. my boyfriend is mortified by this; but he's a good lad.

I stored my porn in a portable HDD so in my case, it isn't "How do you hide your porn" but "How do you hide your portable HDD". :cheesy2:

Now some were talking about storing them on cloud drives. This may keep our "collection" safe from the curiosity of peers and close ones but will this keep it safe from copyright movements and government because as far as I can tell, lots of the stuff in our collection are from "unknown" sources?  ???

I make a bunch of random folders and put more folders in those folders and you have to know the route or just be lucky to find it. Name the folders something boring like "Custom Office Templates" and not "Stuff".

I put mine in a password protected disc image with an innocuous name, along with a folder of bookmarks

I have two main folders for music, and anyone who knows me, knows those are my favorite. So, I hid part of my porn in a folder inside a folder, inside a folder where I keep my torrents. And the other half is in a sub folder of a comics folder. Also in folder inside folders lol

I don't exactly hide my porn really… I have it all stored away in specific locations across my network where only users with sufficient network credentials are actually able to open the folder(s) that they will find the porn in. Sadly, unlike some people, I am unoriginal and have put the porn in sub folders all found within a folder titled "Stuff" lol

I basically put all my porn on my external hard drive named Private. I'm amazed how much you fellas go through to hide your porn.  :laugh:

Many people have mentioned encryption like passworded RAR archives but decrypting larger video files (>1GB) can take quite some time. I run Linux and have stored my material in the home folder of the root account, which has no read access for other users.

When I was a teenager I had this crazy maze like: my folder -> games -> then a specific one which was actually a kind of game which you can modify yourself -> characters -> and you had to pick specific one from 100 or 200 and here it was : D

Now really, no one doesn't use my computer though I have two. Even if someone saw the porn beside my mum it wouldn't be a big deal. I have it on external disc to as for all of my data cause my pc can break down any moment so I moved all of the projects, important stuff an personal data. I probably have some porn in "Downloads" too. But mostly I use myvidster so you can't even find that if you were on someone's PC. Though I have a folder on a dekstop with maybe not porn but all the instagram photos and other pics I found on web of hot guys sometimes naked Don't even care.

But it's funny, I knew a guy who was a friend of a friend of my friend : D And we met like 3 times maybe other than on university or talking on facebook and one time I went to his place to get some data and intel on the next semester as he was older than me and had everything on his pc. He opened a browser and of course, in some you have most visited websites at the bottom. Hahaha well I spotted pornhub, youporn and redtube : D

When I do, the cheap way is to put it all in a flash drive and put it somewhere no one is gonna look for it. It's the cheapest way I cant think of and portable too.

Maybe one of the easiest ways; keep them in a folder and set them hidden. No one actually borrows my laptop, oddly enough. But I notice how my friends using my other friends' laptop, and checking stuff, they seem to have no idea that we can hide files and folders in the properties settings, which I find it kinda strange. But just in case, I copy and store them in my external hard drive. No one knows I have one and I don't tell anyone in my family or friends ;D Ever since my laptop was stolen, I'm quite eager storing and creating backups for my files, including porn. I wonder how the thieves react when they found some gay porn videos in my stolen laptop…

But I only actually keep porn that I like, in terms of artist or the video so to prevent memory over consumption. I keep those which I deem are difficult to find as well.

Now if only I know how to set password on my folder...

I keep mine on several microSD cards.
I download and watch it directly from them and then hide them when I'm out of the room.
Also use incognito/hidden mode when streaming.
