I love her music. The new album is really good, my fav song from there is Alien. But as far as seeing her as a singer.. huh.. she is talented in her own way, but without the army of people behind her and the amazing auto-tune she won't be anything at all. The power of people behind her, management and all the shits is impressive.. she's in the spotlight for such a long time.
Slay sis, I really like her new album too. My favorite is Work Bitch, but I also love other songs like Tik Tik Boom and Perfume. I don't agree with the rest of your statement, but to each their own.

I do like some songs, I find them very nice but personally I wouldn't describe her as an artist, I mean most of the songs were written by someone else, she only interpreted them and most of her tours were not even in live music… she was a good dancer, she is a good enough singer but I do love the fact she is lovely and she can be sexy without looking like a w(h)ore like many other singers
Actually, Britney co-wrote all of the songs on her new album "Britney Jean". She also co-wrote a lot of her other songs too, even creating the melody on some too. In fact, most of her most artistic tracks she helped write/produce. She's also played the piano on a couple of her tracks.

Britney Spears was my childhood. I'll always listen to her music. She's a guilty pleasure I feel no guilt over.

Couldn't care less about her music, but I have enormous respect for her. She might not be the most talented around, but she's very honest and doesn't fake songwriting or producing credits like most pop singers do nowadays.
