Well, me, I tried 3 times a day and the next day, I'm sick, flu, cough, and somewhat fever. Never again. Too much to sacrifice, in case my health because of my body low self defense. After I masturbated, at least a need a full day to recover. Now, I'm masturbating like 1 or 2 in two or three day.
