Whats your Download Upload Speed??

Using speedtest.net, stopping all programs and pausing all torrents :

DL : 281.3 kBps
UL : 60.7 kBps

My actual average speeds are

DL : 200-280 kBps approx, varying throughout the day
UL : 75-80 kBps approx steady throughout the day

When you guys do the speed test, make sure you have no programs running that are using the internet at the same time. If any programs are rusing the internet, you will not get a proper score.

right …..... in addition , if you are on whireless, you will also loose some speed !!

My download speed is  2688 kb/s and my upload speed is  262 kb/s  latency is 130 ms  Vancouver  < 50 mi

Second test I"ll use the link:

Now to figure out what this means in terms of seeding  a new torrent.

doesn't mean it is weird because it is a "Rival" company- in the US lines are primarily owned by ATT (Copper / DSL / Analog) regardless of who your service provider is.

Also, it may just be a server that it can run a test to.
