Why have all Dominic Ford uploads disappeared?

There were numerous DMCA Takedown Notices from Dominic Ford or an agent of the studio and the torrents tacken down accordingly.

If you feel these take downs are abusive, look at the "DMCA" item in the blue menu band.

I have no argument with GTRU following takedown notices although it's a bit sad for the poster

I was wondering if it might be an idea, sorry, constructive idea if you let us know when you have done it so we didn't have to wonder and ask.

Is there like a list of studios to avoid uploading? I mean aside from the ones that are on the banned list.

Cause like if I wanted to upload some Kristenbjorn stuff and I know its going to be taken down in a couple of days, I would just upload something else that would at least be shared by the members for a longer period of time.

So I'm thinking what are the studios/porn companies that would easily get taken down?

A specific message is now sent to the uploaders, who's torrents are removed because of a copyright infringement notice received by GayTorrent.ru.

I can confirm that a message is now sent to the OP of a torrent deleted after a DCMA 'request' - I've just received one :crazy2:

Actually, there is no need to panic - the message explains clearly what GTRU have done and why.

The amazing thing is that it was a torrent of a very widely torrented and 'usenetted' studio. If they start issuing general take down requests there will be a lot of soul searching on a lot of sites

To be honest, I haven't a clue. I'm just grateful to get messages from anyone at my age ;D

Perhaps a staff member could let us know. I don't want to stir up a hornets' nest by naming the studio although the message to me is specific about which torrent has been removed

GayTorrent.ru assumes that all uploads by its users respect the rules until we're informed otherwise by a report or copyright infringement notice.
Basically, just follow the posted rules in the Rules section (blue menu bar) if you want a guideline.

I got a removal notice the other day as well. I won't say the studio name because I don't want to draw attention to it because of this question: My torrent was removed at the studio's request. But, if you do a search for this studio's name there are still other clips of theirs on the site. Some of them are almost a year old. Why so random?
