This looks like a Windows problem, not particularly your client or the tracker itself, and it's important to see the individual message on a per-adapter basis. Also, are you making use of any VPN, proxy or custom DNS client such as AdGuard? Also, was it working fine until recently?

press Windows key + R to open the Run panel and typeipconfig /flushdnsand press enter, then reboot your pc and see if it works. -
