Here is a quote from the judge;
Even if all of the statements made by Van Langenhove are based on scientific evidence and statistics, it makes no difference to the criminal intent. Van Langenhove is not charged with spreading false information. He is charged with presenting facts in a way that incites hatred against persons on the grounds of one or more of the protected criteria in the Anti-Racism Law.
This is pathetic because Van Langenhove quoted government statistics that linked illegal immigration and crime.
This fucking woke bullshit is the downfall of the West.

Some of you might remember back when Sajid Javid got fired as the UK's Home Secretary because he quoted UK stats on the rape gangs being dominated by Muslim men from Pakistan and Afghanistan.
He also said that the reason the rape gangs had free rein was that everyone (politicians, cops, social workers, courts, etc) was terrified of being called racist and Islamophobic.
In many cases, the victims of the rape gangs were prosecuted, so the actual rapists were protected. This stuff is well documented now.
Leftists in the UK are still protecting the rape gangs by not deporting them when convicted, and the absolute refusal to do an independent inquiry with subpoena powers.
The vile cunt (for countless reasons) Jess Phillips, who is the Minister for Women and Girls, absolutely refuses to allow such an inquiry.
