Dark skinned muscle guy with facial tic

Hi!
I'm looking for a couple scene, in the style of Sean Cody and similar videos (with some conversation before the action), where the only thing I remember is that the top was a muscular mixed-race guy who had a very noticeable facial tic. Every so often he would move all the muscles in his face, like someone suffering from a tic. Does anyone remember that video? It must be from around 4 or 5 years ago.
