"BLANCHE: I'm not alleging it. The grand jury returned an indictment"

      vid - https://x.com/i/status/2046707017343971355

REPORTER: I just want to make sure I understand. You're alleging that the Southern Poverty Law Center was paying the leaders of KKK and other groups to continue their operations?

BLANCHE: I'm not alleging it. The grand jury returned an indictment that says that. And so what the investigation found was that SPLC was raising money, asking folks to give them money to dismantle racism, and over a very long period of time, they were using some of the money to...pay [racists] to do certain things. And so yes, that's what the indictment charges.

When SPLC paid its racists & terrorists, SPLC used fraudulent payer names...... some meant to make conservatives sound bad.

Media lies, begin. "The Southern Poverty Law Center was indicted for paying sources to infiltrate hate groups, a tactic federal agencies have used for decades...the FBI does it too."

          https://x.com/USATODAY/status/2046911981802655800

But SPLC was never "federal agencies".

501(c)(3) non-profits are not Law Enforcement.

When 501(c)(3) charity feels threatened, their duty is to take it to LE - like anybody. & hire guards.

let it sink in.... SPLC IS NOT & NEVER WAS, FEDERAL AGENCY

SPLC IS NOT & NEVER WAS, FEDERAL AGENCY

SPLC IS NOT & NEVER WAS, FEDERAL AGENCY

Further, SPLC didn't "pay sources to infiltrate"........ they PAID LEADERS TO INSTIGATE.

Took charity donor $$$$$, used it to -generate- or astroturf "hate" ⬅ Big difference.

& when FBI instigates - like, "Gretchen Whitmer Kidnapping Plot" led by lib-FBI agents - equally wrong. Those bad FBI agents & other Democrats involved, in faking/staging Whitmer plot, should be indicted too. Yes, indict them.

CHARITIES DO NOT GET TO 'USE INFORMANTS' - & IF THEY CLAIM TO, THEY LIE.

SPLC statement today said, they were only using informants to deal with threats. Wrong!

CHARITY IS NOT ALLOWED TO............. ................it's not in their legally disclosed & defined mission - what makes them tax exempt.

SPLC lied to donors, used donor $$$$ to keep certain Nazi & KKK groups going, & generously paid racist guy who made Charlottesville 2017 happen - under SPLC supervision.

then lied to banks & authorities......................Terrorist-style wire frauds.

Funny exchange by officials, in 5 parts.

                remember: SPLC IS "PRIVATE NONPROFIT"

like -Heritage Foundation- or -Family Research Council- 👽

                1. Rep. Goldman (D) goes headless, no logic.

"The DOJ uses paid informants all the time —why is it OK for them but not the SPLC? [It] plays a vital role in fighting hatred"

                https://x.com/danielsgoldman/status/2046606540732297252

                1. Trish corrects him

"[it] plays a vital role in funding hatred."

                1. Goldman still has no logic

"the FBI “funds” drug trafficking or terrorism every time they give an informant money to buy drugs or weapons (which happens all the time)."

                https://x.com/danielsgoldman/status/2046995654354829334

                1. AG Blanche bitch slaps him 🤣

"Hey Dan, remember when you were a federal prosecutor? Man, you really have been captured by the extremists in your own party. At least you’ve gone all in on the asinine talking points."

                https://x.com/DAGToddBlanche/status/2047355753887920202

                if Goldman ever reads this:

Family Research Council ain't DOJ - FBI

Heritage Foundation ain't DOJ - FBI

                & SPLC ain't

Hey libs: SPLC even FUCKED & co-habited with KKK, bought KKK houses with SPLC donor money as reward to burn crosses on lawns of Blacks, indicates new indictment.

                    https://thepostmillennial.com/splc-paid-for-kkk-cross-burnings-robes-and-hoods-recruitment-living-expenses-racist-merch-explosive-indictment

"The SPLC paid F-9 for over 20 years," the superseding indictment noted, also adding that an employee at the SPLC was in a romantic relationship with the field source.

The newest indictment accuses the organization of funnelling around $4.1 million in donations "to a series of fictitious accounts"...

The superseding indictment retains the original 11 counts first handed down in April: six counts of wire fraud, four counts of making false statements to a federally insured bank, and one count of conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering.

donor funds paid to field sources were used to purchase materials for cross burnings and making Ku Klux Klan robes and hoods, attending and hosting extremist group rallies nationwide, creating and growing chapters of extremist groups as well as recruiting new members, making "racist paraphernalia that extremist groups sold at rallies," and paying the living expenses of [extremists] to allow them to "focus"

the SPLC hid from donors the fact that a portion of their donated funds was being secretly used to support extremist groups

Prosecutors expanded upon the actions of field sources cited in the original indictment. One of the sources, dubbed "F-9" in the indictment, was allegedly paid over $1.2 million in donor money. The source allegedly infiltrated the National Alliance, a neo-Nazi organization, "at the direction of the SPLC," and helped raise money for the group. He allegedly received funds from the SPLC through a bank account for the fake entity Tech Writers Group.

"The SPLC paid F-9 for over 20 years," the superseding indictment noted, also adding that an employee at the SPLC was in a romantic relationship with the field source. Around $140,000 in donors’ money was allegedly deposited into a joint bank account owned by the field source and the employee, who owned a house together, and the employee "then used donors’ money to pay the couple’s personal living expenses."

The SPLC is also accused of funneling money to F-30, who led the National Socialist Party of America, through the fake entity Rare Books using donors’ money

                    It's so bad. So, unbelievably, bad - for SPLC 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

I don't remember the group's name, but it's basically the armed (guns) version of antifa. They were at the Charlotte rally. They chased the guy in the car, who eventually hit the girl. I wonder if SPLC funds them, too.

We know that they funded the different groups that no one ever heard of before. These are the groups that everyone on the right thought were feds, in matching uniforms.

SPLC admits to "Hate map" criteria....that define SPLC itself.

                        https://thepostmillennial.com/splc-head-unwittingly-admits-they-fit-their-own-criteria-for-their-hate-map

"We list groups that demonize or vilify people based on immutable characteristics or that express anti-government conspiracy theories."

                        what ⬆ SPLC does

"We believe hate and extremism has migrated significantly online and into government agencies,” Fair [said]

                        ⬆ anti-government conspiracy theory 🤣

One figure, referred to as “Employee-2” in the indictment, is described as a “person who would become Director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project.”....Heidi Beirich
...while getting paid by the SPLC, the [lover-]informant was also raising money for the National Alliance and helping to “carry out its extremist activities.”

TOW she paid someone else to give false evidence, another crime?

[she] wrote an article based on material stolen from National Alliance headquarters in 2014 and then paid off an informant to take the blame for the robbery...[where a] source broke into National Alliance’s headquarters in West Virginia in 2014 and “stole approximately 25 boxes of documents,” took them over state lines into North Carolina and copied them, before returning the originals.

Nazis are SOCIALISTS.............. ..... & in USA, might as well be SPLC employees.

Violates their license or whatever USA has for them.
