Download issue on specific torrents

Hi there!
Due to the fact that my HDD drive crashed, I change it and I started to download again some of the torrents.
But, two in particular are not downloading:https://www.gaytor.rent/details.php?id=b718620409e1eb7a9c9fa4a55b8b15500f52327fa2f393c7 (this was partially downloaded, but it is stuck for few days)

I can see that there is at least one seeder, but I simply cannot connect to this seeder to download.
I checked my ratio, my setting, everything seems to be OK.
Any support will be appreciated

sometimes we are unable to connect to a seeder, if they are the only one available you can be left out of the party. making it freeleech, more people will try to download, chances that the seeder will connect to someone increase and then this one person helps spread the file with the rest of leechers.
