Does anyone recognize either of these two. It was a short part of a compilation clip and this was the best I could do.

@billd28971 The bald guy appears to be Mick Weston, he wears the same necklace and bracelets in several videos on his X account (e.g. this one) but I can't find this clip on there. Almost all his videos take place in the same room/apartment, but this looks like a hotel maybe?
Perhaps someone can take it from there. -
