Military themed European video?

Hey guys!
I remember many years ago, I’m thinking in the early 2000s, I used to have a movie that was military themed.
They didn’t speak English, and were clearly not ex-military, but the guys were muscular and they arrive on a boat at a jetty/pier. One of them was quite muscular and has a very nice ass which he exposes - but sure he was also wearing a blue Speedo underneath his military uniform?
From memory, other than being muscular, he was dark haired and had a great bubble butt.
After that scene on the deck of the boat, I think they all go further onshore into the “forest”.
I don’t recall much more than that, as I was really only into that specific scene.
It could be early 2000s when it was released.
Would anyone have any idea what this movie could be?
For the life of me I cannot recall the name of the film. I was thinking “military issue” but have looked it up and that seems to be mostly American .. not European based.

@Onewhite I finally remembered what the movie was called… it’s Border Patrol.
Not military themed but more Police themed.
It came to me over night - looks like my subconscious figured it out.
