HELP finding this asian movie

I remember it's an asian movie (or maybe short film).
It was about a student and professor that fall in love, but he is underage.
I am not sure but I remember the professor helped him and he waited until he is 18 to start a relationship. I remember a scene where he has a birthday cake.
At the end of the movie they had sex and it's insimulated sex.
Hope someone can help me. I also remember it was not very good quality. -
