When I was doing them, there were 7 seeders.

It depends on the size of the file. Small files tend to have a smaller threshold (say, 5 or less) while larger ones need more to qualify.

Regardless, if the ressed button is clickable, then it always qualifies.

I made the torrent freelecch for you since it now has 5 seeders

I see, thanks for the explanation.
I guess the seeder was on and off, when i send here, it has 5 then maybe when you check it become 7, but when i re-check it down to 4 again. either way when my download so slow that's why i usually post here, so more people seeds. thank you so much!
