Trump administration raids former NSA John Bolton. "National security" probe.
Federal agents went to Bolton’s house in Bethesda, Md., from 7 a.m. in an investigation ordered by FBI Director Kash Patel, a Trump administration official told The Post.
“NO ONE is above the law… @FBI agents on mission,” he said in a cryptic post to X shortly after the raid began.
The probe — which is said to involve classified documents — was first launched years ago, but the Biden administration shut it down “for political reasons,” according to a senior US official.
Bolton is widely thought to violate NDA's & mishandle classified docs over many years.
Whether more is involved, we don't know yet.
My first take is to be happy. "No one is above the law" & this dude turned out sadly, as butthole war fiend. Armchair killer.

In plea deal, Bolton got 18 charges down to 1, but must pay $2 million & do jail.
According to the terms of the plea agreement read in court Friday, Bolton's legal team and the Justice Department agreed to a prison term of no greater than 60 months in federal detention, as well as the fine. The parties said they also agreed that Bolton would debrief national security officials on information he had unlawfully retained and would perform 100 hours of community service to assist in government efforts to stop unlawful disclosure of classified information.

This FBI’s investigation proved that John Bolton knowingly transmitted top secret information using personal online accounts and retained said documents in his house - all in direct violation of federal law.
Despite an onslaught of false claims by the fake news stating this case was ‘retribution,’ this investigation was based on meticulous work from dedicated professionals at the FBI who followed the facts without fear or favor - and Bolton chose to admit his guilt and pled guilty.
