tldr;

• NATO is supposed to defend "North Atlantic" from Soviet Union

• 1991, Soviet Union falls. NATO has no mission & should end

• 1993, Soros writes essay. Re-defines words, George Orwell style, for NATO to gain new meaning.

• redefine "peace and security" as: NATO expands forever. Nations must be lib, Western, approved by Soros & NATO.

• Conquer them, if they aren't - through "aid" & election interference, or invade if necessary, human lives be damned.

& it all came true. Years before 9-11.
