In America, you cannot arrest your political opponents
Remember: In 2024 Dems arrested or raided Trump, several times in total.
& in 2021-24, Dems literally jailed 1500+ opponents, including Steve Bannon & Peter Navarro when they asked that valid legal issues get resolved.
LIBS set this precedent.
For me - I'm still on "no one is above the law" ie. let's see Law & Facts of each case.
