Can't download anything, getting bad ratio error even tho downloading single freeleech file

ratio dropped below minimum so i should be able to download two regular files and one freeleach file but no matter what i try everything gets stalled and reports bad ratio even for a single freeleach download. anyone know what's going on?

@fresh2death8-0 pause all your other torrents, even the ones that are seeding.
sometimes you don't download all files from a torrent, so you never become a seeder. you finish downloading the files you picked and are able to seed it, but in the system still count as a leecher. when you keep the torrent active in this circumstance, it consumes one download slot. pausing everything else and waiting up to 30 minutes will reset your download slots and the torrent will start.
