She did not explain how those things did not get fixed in the past 4 years despite senile Joe signing checks for a staggering total of $17 trillion $$$. Where did that money go?

The House comes up with money spending bills.. not the Senate. The Senate only approves them. Biden called for, and got about $17 trillion in bills passed and wanted more. That is virtually "signing checks" (that bounce).
As for republicans.. they don't vote as a completely unified/non-thinking block like the democrats do. Strange definition of "democracy" when everyone in the democrat part votes the same way. So, 100% of the democrat minority + 5% of the Republican majority = a win for the democrats. -
