He is a FTM trans. Females seem to do well being males.
MTF trans RARELY seem to work out.
Looks GREAT in the video you posted, but after some searching, I found this pic of him at 28 years old.. which is disturbing. Face looks strange, and those chest scars are horrifying.
It looks like the lips have been plumped up with surgery, which looks bad on a female.. and looks HORRIBLE on a male.
