Lots of people are being offered their jobs back.
Even the military was offered their jobs back despite getting "Other than honorable" discharges.

people were fired.......... but....... over what??
if they weren't good enough before, they shouldn't be good enough now
Or reverse: if they are good enough now, they should never have been fired
