Buenas, desde hace algun tiempo no se me permite canjear los bonus aun teniendo 8462,6. Aparentemente todos los botones estan en color azul, pero no funcionan. Tal vez tenga alguna aplicacion que bloquee esta pagina y esta opcion y por eso me gustaria saber si a alguien mas le ha pasado. Por otro lado tengo penalizacion por no llegar a 8 en mi ratio, he intentado compartir varios clips pero siempre aparecen muertos e incluso alguno llego a aparecer en la parrilla principal pero desaparecio. Agradeceria alguin me indicara alguna solucion. Gracias
